MEDIA AFFILIATES
 Media Request Form
Please contact the Special Events Office - to gain appropriate pass as you visit the Navajo Nation Fairgrounds. A Written request with your company letterhead is required to obtain a Media Pass or you can print Media Request Form provided above. A Media Pass is required for anyone who is pursuing to publish Treaty Day Celebration photos/videography for any event. Please identify your media affiliation/company and the intended use of Treaty Day Celebration photo/videography.
Events will be monitored by Special Events Staff and Event Coordinators. You will need to purchase a permit for ALL commercial photography and videography. All requests have to made by May 26,2010 - 2:00pm, there will be no exceptions after this date.
