Rodeo Contestant Info


Indian Rodeo
Must be postmarked by August 15th. Walk in Entries will be taken September 3th from 7am to 7pm at the Rodeo Office at DCJ Memorial Arena.

An entry form must be utilized when entering the Indian Rodeo. A one time rodeo fee is $25.
Money Order or Cashier Cash only and must be payable to Navajo Nation Fair Indian Rodeo. Late entries will be imposed additional $20 late fee.

Open Indian Masters Rodeo

Must be postmarked by August 21st. Walk in entries will be September 1st from 9am to 3pm at NNF-Gorman Hall. One time rodeo fee is $20. Late entries will be imposed additional $10 late fee.

Open Indian Junior Rodeo
Must be postmarked by August 21st. Walk in entries will be September 2nd from 9am to 3pm at NNF-Gorman Hall. Notarized form will be taken at time of entry. One time rodeo fee is $15. Late entries will be imposed additional $10 late fee.

You can purchase your tickets at Ticket Office at Gorman Hall. Will Call is located at Gorman Hall.

Parade Information

Saturday Sept 12,2009 - Navajo Nation Police will be closing off Highway 264 starting at Coalmine Road to Saint Michaels Intersections both coming from Lupton and Fort Defiance. Traffic coming from Gallup, NM H264 will be closed at Tse Bonito at 7:00am. Through Traffic will NOT be permitted starting at 7:00am to about 2:00pm (Daylight Savings Time) For more information call Murray Lee at 928 871 6647.

Fair Campgrounds

To make reservations for camping near the fairgrounds, please call 928.871.6647.
$30.00 for the duration of the Fair, also needed will be a camping permit.

NO RVs, due to no hook-ups.
Pay at the : Finance & Payout Office located inside Gorman Hall - Navajo Nation Fairgrounds.
